Filling out the ECS
Here are the items in the file and the deed of deposit of documents [pdf][1], then I will show you the headings where I am stuck, so that we can fill them out
Mr Marcello Pavarotti, an Italian national, was born on 25/12/1920 in Milan and died in France on 04/09/2015. He was a widower and left behind him Marco and Elena, his children of Italian nationality, and Julie, Charlotte, Alice and Victor, his children of French nationality.
Marco and Elena live in Italy, while Julie, Charlotte, Alice and Victor live in France.
He went to live in France with his wife Sophie after the birth of Marco and Elena.
Apart from the apartment he occupied in France, the rest of his assets are located in Italy: a villa in Tuscany, an apartment in Milan, a chalet in Cortina d’Ampezzo and bank accounts at the Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena.
Victor consults Mr Venette, a French notary in Annecy (office n°1382) to settle his father’s succession.
After consulting the national file of last wills and testaments, Mr Venette announces to Victor that except for a donation between spouses, Mr Pavarotti has not made any other testamentary dispositions.
La Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena has already sent Mr Venette a letter in which it asked for an ECS to be provided in order to release the bank accounts of M. Pavarotti.
