Procédure
The file you have downloaded is an archive that has been created specially to manage downloads (a bit like a parcel), meaning that it contains several folders and files.
First, it needs decompressing to access those folders and files
How to decompress the videos
Do a right-click on the archive and choose “extract here”
Attention
The terms of the menu may vary depending on your system (Mac, Windows, Linux, etc.) but the principle remains the same.
The decompressed folder appears next to the archive.
